Who we are?

WAYVE Foundation, or Wise Act of Youth Visioning and Engagement Foundation, works to support women, youth, and children through education, well-being, capacity building, and community-based initiatives.

We are committed to expanding opportunities, strengthening confidence, and nurturing the potential of individuals and communities. Our work is rooted in inclusion, empathy, learning, and collaboration. We believe that every person deserves the opportunity to grow, participate, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Through practical support, mentorship, training, and partnerships, WAYVE creates spaces where women, youth, and children can access knowledge, build skills, improve well-being, and move toward a more secure and hopeful future.

Our Approach

How We Work?

At WAYVE, we believe that strong communities are built when people are supported with both immediate opportunities and long-term pathways for growth. Our approach combines educational support, practical learning, capacity building, mentorship, emotional well-being, and community engagement.

We focus on strengthening individuals as well as community-based processes so that change is meaningful, locally rooted, and sustainable. We work closely with children, young people, women, local leaders, and community-based groups to build confidence, skills, and participation.

Our work is guided by listening, collaboration, and responsiveness to real community needs. Whether through educational support for children, encouragement for higher learning, workshops for women and youth, or counselling and well-being initiatives, our aim is to support people in ways that are practical, respectful, and transformative.

Our Work

What we do?

WAYVE Foundation works across interconnected areas that support personal growth, educational access, community participation, and emotional well-being.

Education Support for Children

We support children from underserved communities by providing stationery, learning materials, and educational encouragement. These small but meaningful interventions help children remain connected to school and learning, especially when families face financial barriers.

Higher Education Support

We encourage and support youth and young women to continue their studies and pursue higher education opportunities. We believe that continued learning opens pathways to confidence, self-reliance, and a stronger future.

Capacity Building for Women and Youth

Our programmes are designed to strengthen confidence, communication, practical knowledge, and participation among women and youth. We help participants build the skills and self-belief needed to engage constructively in their families, communities, and professional journeys.

Mental Health and Well-being

Many women and young people face emotional stress, difficult life circumstances, and social pressures. WAYVE creates supportive spaces for healing, counselling, reflection, and resilience-building through trained professionals and community-based processes.

Community Awareness and Participation

We work with women, youth, and local groups to strengthen understanding, participation, and community engagement around key social and development issues. This helps communities become better informed and better connected to available services, resources, and opportunities.

Support for Women and Families in Difficult Circumstances

WAYVE provides counselling support, legal awareness, referral guidance, and follow-up support to women and families navigating difficult situations. Our approach is centred on dignity, care, and practical assistance.

Strengthening Community-Based and Women-Led Groups

We support local groups and women-led initiatives to improve planning, visibility, participation, and organizational strength. We also encourage emerging grassroots women to develop local initiatives and collective platforms that respond to community needs.
